Psychotherapy
Therapy that makes room for the whole of you.
Individual psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, professional stress, and the quieter costs of a demanding life.
Good therapy is not about becoming smaller, calmer, or more agreeable. It's about building enough internal room to hold what your life actually contains — and enough clarity to move through it with less friction and more choice.
My practice welcomes adults who are thoughtful, capable, and often the person others turn to. People who are not looking to be fixed, but to be met — with skill, warmth, and honesty.
“Therapy is where you stop shrinking to accommodate complexity, and start building a life that can hold it.”

How I work
Sessions are conversational, relational, and grounded. I draw on attachment theory, contemporary trauma treatment, psychodynamic and somatic frameworks, and evidence-based cognitive tools — used in the service of your particular life, not applied as protocol.
We move at a pace that respects your nervous system and your intelligence. The work is warm without being soft, and rigorous without being clinical.
Logistics
Weekly 50-minute sessions, offered via secure telehealth throughout California and, when appropriate, in person. Sliding-scale spots are limited and disclosed at consultation.
Fee, insurance, and superbill information available on request. Not a fit for acute crisis care.
