About
Helping people navigate the moments that ask the most of them.

Biography
Whether you're moving through a personal crisis, a relationship that's become stuck, or the demands of leading in a high-pressure environment, the work begins in the same place: making room for complexity without losing yourself.
For more than 20 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, physicians, executives, and healthcare professionals facing some of life's most challenging conversations and transitions. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and deeply relational, helping people understand not only what is happening, but why — and what comes next.
I believe conflict is not simply something to eliminate. It is often where trust is rebuilt, leadership is strengthened, and relationships begin to change.
My Approach
My work integrates psychotherapy, executive coaching, organizational psychology, and trauma-informed care.
Rather than offering quick solutions or generic coping strategies, I help clients develop the capacity to tolerate complexity, communicate more effectively, and respond with greater clarity and intention.
Together we explore patterns, relationships, emotions, and the larger systems shaping your experience. The goal isn't perfection. It's creating a life that feels more grounded, connected, and sustainable.
Professional Background
Before returning full-time to private practice, I served for eight years as the leader of Emotional Support Services at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, directing an embedded behavioral health program that supported physicians, senior leaders, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams within one of the nation's largest pediatric academic medical centers.
That experience reinforced what I continue to see every day: emotional well-being is deeply connected to the quality of our relationships, our communication, and the systems in which we live and work.
Today I continue to work with therapy clients, couples, healthcare professionals, executives, and organizations seeking meaningful, lasting change.

Beyond the Credentials
The people I work with are often highly capable. They have spent years caring for others, leading teams, solving problems, or holding families together.
What they need is rarely more advice.
They need a place where they can think clearly, speak honestly, and move forward without shrinking themselves to fit the expectations around them.
That is the work we do together.
