Executive Coaching

Leadership development for high-stakes roles.

Executive coaching for physicians, healthcare leaders, attorneys, and professionals whose work asks them to hold complexity, make consequential decisions, and lead through difficult conversations.

Coaching engagements are focused and confidential. We work on the specific edges of your role — the conversations you keep postponing, the transitions you are stepping into, the version of your leadership that is asking to come forward next.

“Sustainable performance is not the reward for endurance. It is the outcome of design.”

Typical focus areas

Common areas of work include:

  • Leadership communication and executive presence
  • Conflict as a leadership competency
  • Difficult conversations and feedback
  • Role transitions and first-time leadership
  • Boundaries and sustainable performance
  • Burnout prevention and cumulative stress
  • Values, purpose, and career inflection points
  • Managing up, sideways, and across systems

Structure

Engagements typically run three to twelve months, with 60-minute sessions every two to three weeks. Custom engagements available for leadership teams and sponsored executives.

Coaching vs. therapy

Coaching is a forward-looking, development-focused engagement — not a mental health service. When clinical concerns are present, we discuss appropriate referrals. When both are helpful, they are kept in separate relationships.
